Samsung has been a part of quite some promotions from the network providers in India. After shaking hands with Reliance for the Jio 4G promotion earlier, now, Samsung is on a deal with Airtel India as well. Selected smartphones from Samsung are eligible to receive 9GB free data on a recharge of 1GB of Airtel 4G data.
This might seem like a move from Airtel to retain the customers who are getting lured by the offers from Reliance for the upcoming Jio 4G service that is being tested right now and the users are getting unlimited data and calls for a period of 90 days.

How to claim the Airtel free data offer
If you have a Samsung Galaxy J series smartphone, insert an Airtel SIM and switch on the Mobile Internet on it. You won’t be able to avail the offer on Wi-Fi, so make sure the Data network is being used. Now, open offers.airtel.in and you will be shown the offer that you can claim.
For the postpaid customers, the offer will soon be available but for now, it is only the Prepaid customers who will be able to claim the offer.
It isn’t only the 1GB recharge that it will work on, because you can choose to make a recharge of 2GB, 3GB, 4GB or 5GB to get the same offer if you think you want to consume a lot of data during the month.
