Micromax devices getting Jio 4G SIM with free data for 90-days

Micromax is the latest brand to announce the partnership with Reliance for the Jio 4G Preview Offer with a few selected smartphones. This comes after Samsung, LG, LYF, ASUS, and Panasonic phone owners could get the SIM card if they could generate the offer code on their device using the MyJio app. It ties up with Jio to avail free voice and data services in the trial period and access to a host of Jio Premium apps under the Jio Preview Offer.

The list of Micromax devices with which the Jio 4G SIM is offered is as follows.

Jio 4G Micromax

For the above phones and tablet device, you will need to generate the invite code if you want to get the Jio SIM card. Here’s how you can generate the offer code – If you own one of the above devices, open Google Play Store and install MyJio app.

Upon opening the MyJio app, you will be able to generate the invite code. You will need to follow a few steps, after which the code is shown.

  1. As jio is available for every 4g Smartphone, Reliance is going to expand their network’s population and I feel this would make reliance big if even 10-20% of the people continue to use Jio after this 3month Plan.
