Microsoft has been teasing us for quite some time with the Windows 10 update, and for those who were eagerly waiting for the upgrade can now find the ISO files here from where you can download and install the updates directly on your Windows 7 or Windows 8 laptops or PC’s.
The Windows 10 ISO files available for download are of Windows 10 Home and Windows Pro version only. Both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 10 are available for download.

After you start the procedure by following all the steps for a normal ISO file installation by either creating a bootable USB or DVD (How to create bootable DVD or USB by Mictosoft – click here). Once the installation is completed the installation program will ask you for the Windows 10 product Key. Microsoft has said that your Windows 7 or Windows 8 product key which was used earlier is the same key which can be used to install Windows 10 as well.
To find the product key, if you have a Laptop or PC with windows 7 or Windows 8.1 pre-installed then the product key will be on the Certificate of Authenticity sticker on the bottom of the device. If you are not able to find any such stickers you can find the product key by using the CMD option in your device which should be done before you start the installation of Windows 10.
Press ctrl+R and then type “wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey” and press enter and you will be getting your product key, note it down somewhere to use it while installing the Windows 10 software.
Enter the Product License key into the given box and then continue with the process of installation. Windows 10 is looking great and the feel is also very refined compared to the Windows 8 and 8.1 OS, as they seem to have been the testing ground, all the problems associated with the earlier OS seems to have been sorted out.
The Windows 10 OS is going to be the last version of Windows OS and later on there will be just be upgrading and providing services. Do let us know if you have faced any hiccups during the installation and how you feel about the new Windows OS in the comments section.
