Facebook Live made available for all users Worldwide

Facebook has been busy in the Video section with a host of features being introduced one after the other, the latest is Facebook live which has been made available to all Facebook Groups, users etc to let them use the feature to share an events or messages to their users. The other features which have been introduced to Facebook recently are 360-degree Video and Mentions for Public figures.

This new feature is called “Going Live” which lets Facebook Groups and Facebook Events to broadcast Live Videos of any events being held anywhere in the world. Facebook has included some extra features like Live Reactions, Replay comments and Live Filters to help make the experience more interactive for viewers and broadcasters. Another new feature is the Dedicated Place option which geo tags places and you can watch live video from your friend at that particular location along with pre-recorded video as well from that place.

Facebook Live for all users

Live Reactions is similar to Facebook Reactions but for Videos and broadcasters will be seeing these reactions pop up on the video playback directly. The comments will be played in a similar manner when the pre-recorded video is replayed. Users who want to live broadcast an event should send out invitations and once your friends accept the invitation the Live Reactions is ready to go.

Facebook has introduced Live Map feature which lets you select a particular location to see the video from and can choose from an intuitive live map. The features are said to be rolled out for iOS and Android Apps i the upcoming weeks. It is a great feature for regular users as well as for Groups and professionals like Musicians etc to broadcast their shows for their followers on Facebook.
