OnePlus 7 Pro

OnePlus 7 Pro specs and prices leaked ahead of launch, might start from Rs. 49999

The OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro are going to launch globally on May 14th, and while OnePlus has started the OnePlus 7 Pro pre-orders in India through Amazon.in, we now get to see the official press renders, the leaked specifications, and even the price of the phone in India, through Ishan Agarwal (who had earlier shared the official renders as well).

OnePlus 7 Pro specifications

Thanks to the tweet from Ishan Agarwal, we know the following specifications of the OnePlus 7 Pro.

  • Display: 6.67-inch 2K, 90Hz Fluid AMOLED
  • Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 855
  • Variants: 6+128GB, 8+256GB, 12+256GB
  • Rear Camera: 48MP (F/1.6, OIS) + 8MP (F/2.2, OIS, telephoto) + 16MP (PDAF, Ultrawide)
  • Front camera: 16MP pop-up camera
  • Type-C Port: UFS 3.0
  • Battery: 4000 mAh, Warp charge 30W
  • In-Display Optical Fingerprint Scanner, Dual Stereo Speakers

OnePlus 7 Pro Price in India (based on the leaks)

  • 6GB+128GB: ₹ 49,999
  • 8GB+256GB: ₹ 52,999
  • 12GB+256GB: ₹ 57,999

These prices are also leaked by Ishan Agarwal. Ishan also mentioned that the price may change before the launch, but we were expecting the price to start from Rs. 49999, isn’t it? Given this is the Pro variant and has certain differences from the regular one, the price was expected to touch the Rs. 50000 price mark.

OnePlus 7 Pro Display

The two options that we see going to be available are Nebula Blue and Mirror Grey, and the design won’t be really different from the OnePlus 6T, though the back finish will be a refreshing change. Since OnePlus has decided to remove the notch from the front of the device, the selfie camera will now pop up from the top of the phone.

While the OnePlus 7 Pro with this price will be competing the likes of Samsung Galaxy S10e, and even the upcoming Google Pixel 3a XL, the goodness will be only if the cameras are as good as the other flagships in the price range, and that’s one area where OnePlus hasn’t been able to claim the flagship-killer title.
