Chinese smartphone maker Vivo, which had released its latest device the Vivo V1 Max alongside the Vivo V1 in July, is finally making the V1 Max available in India from first week of September, and the device is being priced at Rs. 21,980. The Vivo V1 was revealed in July but the specifications of the V1 max were not released at that time.
The Vivo V1 max is the elder sibling to the Vivo V1, and it sports a 5.5-inch IPS HD display with 720×1080 pixels resolution, the Vivo V1 sports a similar HD display with 5-inch display. The Vivo V1 Max is powered by an octa-core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor which clocks 1.4GHz and comes with Adreno 405 GPU and supported by 2GB of RAM.
In comparison, the Vivo V1 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor. The V1 Max sports a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and comes with features like face recognition for gender beautification mode, it also sports a 5MP front facing camera. The device is sleek with a metal clad body and measures just 6.79 mm in thickness. If comes with 16GB of internal storage space which can be expanded up to 128GB using microSD card.
It is powered by a 2720 mAh battery which gives decent battery life, it comes with dual speakers which are powered by Hi-Fi audio chip. It supports 4G LTE and other connectivity features like 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, micro-USB and GPS/A-GPS. The Vivo V1 max is priced at Rs. 21,980 and will be available form first week of September in India.
The Vivo V1 comes with similar resolution but with a smaller 5-inch display. The processor is also powered down with a Snapdragon 410 in the V1. The battery is also smaller with a 2300 mAh battery and OS, RAM and other features are similar between the Vivo V1 and its elder sibling Vivo V1 Max.
