CENTRiC, an Indian smartphone manufacturer has just launched its first smartphone with a pop-up selfie camera at the Mobile World Congress. The device comes at a starting price of $310 and also comes with in-display fingerprint sensor along with Face Unlocking. Along with the CENTRiC S1, the brand also launched four other devices.
The CENTRiC S1 comes with several unique features such as Pump Express 3.0 fast charging technology that can charge the device to 50% in just 20 minutes, the display on the device is rated at 700 nits which is much above the average smartphone. The device comes with an almost bezel-less display and has two storage options at 64GB and 128GB. The CENTRiC S1 comes with Wireless Charging and is powered by the MediaTek P70 chipset. The display on the device is based on AMOLED technology and boasts a peak brightness of 700nits making the viewing experience exceptional.

The CENTRiC S1 comes with a FullHD resolution display that measures 6.39-inches diagonally. The aspect ratio on the display is 19.5:9, the selfie pop-up camera has a resolution of 8MP while the regular rear camera is a dual sensor setup with a 16MP primary camera and a 5MP secondary sensor. The major selling points of the smartphone are the in-display fingerprint sensor, Pump Charge, Pop-up camera and the ultra-bright AMOLED display at the given price point.
The brand also launched four other smartphones ranging from $90 to $250 to complement the CENTRiC S1 and the devices are expected to be available by this summer.
