Jabra Elite 85h noise-canceling headphones launched with 32h battery life, USB Type-C

Jabra has launched the Elite 85h noise cancellation headphones, and these come with the SmartSound, an audio experience that adapts based on the surroundings. SmartSound automatically analyses your sound environment and applies your personalized sound settings to give you the best calls and music experience, every time. The smart active noise cancellation activates itself whenever there is any noise in the background.

The Jabra Elite 85H support three voice assistants and the ones you want depends on the phone you use. Alexa assistant will be available on both the options, but iOS and Android users will be choosing based on the Google Assistant and Siri assistant options. The auto-correction of noise cancellation was already seen on some of the high-end headphones including the Parrot Zik 3. But on the Elite 85h, you get audio profiles like “Commute”, “In Public”, and “In Traffic”. According to the company, the levels of noise cancellation, volume levels, equalizer levels can be customized through an app. It will be the Sound+ app from Jabra that can be used to help customize the controls based on preferences.

There are a total of eight microphones included in the headphones, in which two are for noise cancellation, two for SmartSound, and four for the voice assistant features. There is IP52 water resistance rating here and the headphones have a USB Type-C port for charging. The battery is rated to offer about 32 hours of music playback with the active noise cancellation.

The Jabra Elite 85h will be available in different shades including the black, beige, and navy, and they will cost $299. The release date is set to April 2019
