Vivo U20 with Snapdragon 675, 5000 mAh battery to launch on November 22

The Vivo U series is going to see a new addition to its lineup as Vivo India is about to launch the Vivo U20 smartphone with an upgrade in the processor from the Vivo U10, and there will be some similarities between the two phones. The Vivo U20 is going to launch on November 22nd and Amazon India has already put up teasers, letting us know about a few features to look out for.

The Vivo U20 is going to come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 platform and there will be variants going up to 6GB of RAM and the storage will be UFS 2.1 storage. The chipset is said to be 25% faster than the Snapdragon 665 that was powering the Vivo U10 that was launched by the company earlier.

While we don’t know much about the other specs, one thing that is confirmed is the 5000 mAh battery powering the phone, and the 18W fast charging (Dual-engine fast charging) will be helping in the faster charging of the large battery. The phone seems similar to the U10 with the design and the other aspects including the display but we cannot confirm the same yet, though there is a notch present on the top similarly.

The launch is scheduled for November 22nd and we will get to know more details around the same time. Although, it is rumored that even the Vivo U20 will be priced under Rs. 10000 to compete with the likes of Redmi Note 8 and Realme 5, and the upcoming Realme 5s.
