Xiaomi 90 Minutes Ultra Smart shoes launched with Intel chip

Fitness tracking with Xiaomi has been only with the Mi Band series till now, but now, the company has expanded that with the launch of a smart shoe. Named as the 90 Minutes Ultra Smart Sportswear that was launched by Xiaomi’s Mija Brand. It comes with Intel Curie chipset that is as small as a size of a button, but enough to store vital fitness data in real time.

The Xiaomi Ultra Smart Shoe was developed by Shanghai Runmi Technology Co. Ltd in China for professional athletes. The shoes come with foam-like material on the body which makes it comfortable to the runner when the foot hits the floor. While the sole of the shoe comes with the arch design support balance sheet, anti-skid wear, air cushion and an antibacterial, removable insole.

With the help fo the Intel Curie chipset, you can track movements like walking or running, even climbing and will let you know the data of distance traveled, your speed and calories burned. It can stay up to 60 days without a need for a charge.

90 Minutes Ultra Smart shoes

The Xiaomi 90 Minutes Ultra Smart sports footwear comes in black and surf blue colors for the male, While black and pink for female. There is a special blue color edition that comes with luminous material that makes it visible to motorists at night times. The Xiaomi  90 Minutes Ultra Smart shoes are priced at 299 Yuan ($43) and are already up for funding on Mi Home. The company will ship these shoes from 15th of April, 2017.
