Honda X-Blade with 160cc engine debuts at the Auto Expo 2018

Honda Two Wheelers India has unveiled their new 160cc bike at the Auto Expo 2018. This bike comes with a 160cc engine and some exciting features that the company has to talk about. Honda had an active presence in both, the cars and bike segment and the X-Blade was one good unveiling done by the company at the expo.

Specifications

The Honda X-Blade comes with the same engine that was earlier found in the Honda Hornet 160. The 162.7cc engine in the X-Blade produces 13.93 bhp and 13.9Nm torque. The engine is connected to a 5-speed gearbox and the entire setup is housed in a diamond frame chassis for extra rigidity. This new bike is expected to deliver big on fuel efficiency returning figures up to 60-65kmpl.

Features

The latest motorbike from the manufacturer comes loaded with several features offering the users a great experience. The headlight and the position lamps on the X-Blade have gone all LED. The front headlight has been redesigned to offer better visibility to the rider. The company has decided to go with an all-digital instrument cluster for the bike and now displays additional information such as service reminder and gear indicator. The Honda X-Blaze will be offered in five different color choices and you can choose from the palette of Matte Marvel Blue Metallic, Pearl Igneous Black, Matte Frozen Silver, Pearl Spartan Red and Matte Marshal Green Metallic colors.

Pricing

The Honda X-Blade will be launching in the first week of March and will come at a price point of about Rs 80,000. The bike will be replacing and competing in the segment of Hornet 160 with the new muscular tank and sharp edges. The side panel of the bike is painted black and comes loaded with dual output for the exhaust that offers both aesthetic as well as technological advantages.
