Kaira Global has announced the launch of the new Razer BlackWidow Ultimate mechanical gaming keyboard, in Bengaluru, today. The keyboard is gamer-oriented with a lifespan of over 80 million keystrokes.
The Razer BlackWidow Ultimate comes with 10 key roll-overs and anti-ghosting for precise and accurate gaming input. The keyboard also has fully programmable keys with on-the-fly macro recording, for in-game macros. The macros can be assigned by hitting the “Macro Record” key and then inputting the sequence of keys, to perform a specific action. The keyboard also has a 1000 Hz Ultrapolling rate, which should theoretically reduce the response time.
The Razer BlackWidow Ultimate comes with Razer™ Mechanical Switches called the Razer Green switches, which Razer claims to be world’s first key switches designed specifically for gaming. The key switches have a 50 g actuation force for the tactile feedback while gaming. The keys are said to have 80 million keystroke lifespan. The keyboard comes with IP54 Water- and Dust-Resistant certification, meaning the keyboard can withstand accidental water spills and also protects the keyboard from being affected by dust accumulation over-time.
The Razer BlackWidow Ultimate has individually backlit green LED keys which are easily customizable through Razer’s Synapse software. The Synapse software offers a wide range of dynamic lighting effects such as Wave, Ripple, Reactive, Starlight and more. Users can create various lighting profiles using the advanced lighting effect configurator to please their likings.
