Belkin unveils Watch Valet Charge Dock for Apple Watch at CES 2016

Blekin today introduced their latest product for the Apple watch, the Watch Valet Charge Dock. Earlier in 2015 Belkin had announced their first Charge Dock for Apple watch and iPhone which sported an integrated magnetic charger. The new Charge Dock comes with integrated magnetic charger as well along with a built-in Lightning connector for charging an iPhone.

The Valet Charge Dock come with  a sleek white finish along with a solid chrome arm that holds the Apple Watch at a decent viewing angle, the base is weighted one. It works with all Apple watch models as it is set in portrait mode but cannot be used with watchOS 2’s Nightstand mode activated.

Melody Tecson, Director of Product Management at Belkin, said, “Following the success of the first Belkin integrated charging solution with support for the iPhone and Apple Watch, the Belkin Valet Charge Dock for iPhone and Apple Watch, we are excited to offer a second charging solution that also provides a seamless charging experience for Apple Watch users, Watch ValetTM,” he added “The new Watch ValetTM Charge Dock is the perfect accessory for customers who are looking for a standalone solution for their Apple Watch.”

The Valet Charge Dock is compact and can fit into your desk or any small table measuring 75 x 85.6 x 100.6mm. To keep the Valet Charge Dock charged up you get a USB port at the back of the device with a 4-foot USB cable to connect to a charging point. Belkin’s Valet Charge Dock is priced at $89.99 and will be available from official Belking website. The previous model of the Dock charger was a bit costlier at $129.99.
