Jio has launched a new Jio Cricket pack this season to help the viewers of the IPL this season. The new Cricket Season pack has been launched a few weeks ago for Rs 251. The company has also silently rolled out its new Cricket Teaser Pack that offers the users a total of 8GB 4G Data and has a validity of 4 Days. This is available for all the users irrespective of the pack that they are using and seems to be an effort that encourages users to shift to the Cricket Season Pack that offers 2GB Data for 51 Days.
This new data pack offers a total of 102GB for an effective price of less than Rs 2.5 per GB. The new Cricket Teaser Pack from Jio offers 2GB High-speed 4G data each day for four consecutive days and post the consumption of the 2GB data, their speeds would be limited as in the case of every other pack from Jio. There’s still ambiguity with regards to the availability of the add-on pack and you can check if you are eligible for it by opening the My Plans section in your MyJio app. The Jio Cricket Teaser Pack comes as a free add-on pack and doesn’t offer any calling or SMS benefits.
Jio has been putting efforts to make this IPL season enjoyable to their customers by offering some of the best offers, Jio also released their mobile game called the Jio Cricket Play that is available across the IPL matches this season. The game can be played in 11 languages and will offer real-time interaction during the matches which also offers the winners with certain prizes.
