Swipe Elite Sense launched with 3GB RAM, Fingerprint sensor & VoLTE

Swipe Technologies has launched its latest smartphone in the Elite series, the Swipe Elite Sense. The company has been actively launching phones in the price segment of Rs. 4000 to Rs. 8000, and the Swipe Elite Sense as well sits well in the same one, competing with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi 3s. The smartphone comes with a unibody design, and it isn’t a metallic back but a brushed aluminum feel is what it offers, with a textured finish on a section on the back that houses the camera and flash.

The Elite Sense comes with a 5-inch HD display (1280 x 720 pixels resolution) and it runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with the stock Android interface and minimal bloatware. Internally, the quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor powers the phone and it is supported by 3GB of RAM. The device has 32GB internal storage and there is no possibility of storage expansion through MicroSD card. Apart from the system apps and Google apps, the other pre-installed apps are Dailyhunt, I Feel Safe, Opera Mini, Saavn, Xenger, and Flipkart. The phone supports FM Radio and it is available through an app.

The Swipe Elite Sense has a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The rear camera is assisted by an LED flash and it can record Full HD videos. The phone has an accelerometer, light sensor, proximity sensor, and a step detector sensor. There is fingerprint sensor located on the back of the phone and it not just offers security, but there are some functions that you can do with it – Answer an incoming phone by tapping on the fingerprint sensor, click a picture, stop alarm, and for all this there is no need to use the registered fingerprint because just a touch of any finger is enough.

There is a 2500 mAh battery powering the phone and for the connectivity, the Dual SIM smartphone supports 4G LTE with VoLTE (can use a Reliance Jio SIM), along with other standard options including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.

The Elite Sense from Swipe is priced at Rs. 7499 and it is going to be available in Champagne Gold and Space Grey options, from 6th March exclusively on Flipkart, the platform where majority of Swipe phones have been selling.
