ZTE Blade V8 Mini and Blade V8 Lite Announced

ZTE has introduced the Blade V8 Mini and Blade V8 Lite at the MWC 2017 event in Barcelona. Both the smartphones have metal body design and a fingerprint sensor. They both run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.

ZTE Blade V8 Mini Specifications

The ZTE Blade V8 Mini sports a 5-inches HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC clocked at 1.4GHz Octa-Core processor with Adreno 505 GPU. It packs 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory with a microSD card slot for memory expansion up to 128GB. The device runs on Android 7.0 Nougat right out of the box.

In the camera department, the device features a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and a secondary 2MP camera for depth-of-field. On the front, it has a 5-megapixel shooter for selfies and video.

It has a Fingerprint sensor on board for extra security. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, Hybrid Dual SIM (nano + nano/microSD), WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS. A 2800mAh built-in battery for all your battery requirements.

The ZTE Blade V8 Lite packs a 5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display and is powered by the MediaTek MT6750 SoC clocked at 1.5GHz Octa-Core processor with Mali T860 GPU. It packs 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory with a microSD card slot for memory expansion up to 128GB. The ZTE Blade V8 Lite runs on Android 7.0 Nougat right out of the box.

Moving to the camera, there is an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and a 5-megapixel selfie shooter up front. Just like the Blade V8 Mini, the V8 Lite also rocks a Fingerprint sensor for extra security. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS. A 2500mAh built-in battery.

Pricing and Availability: The ZTE V8 Mini will be available in Asia Pacific and Europe, while the V8 Lite will roll out to Italy, Germany, and Spain. No word on the pricing at the moment.
