OnePlus Bullets Wireless come with magnetic controls, fast charging support

While everyone were anticipating for the OnePlus 6‘s launch, OnePlus surprised everyone with the launch of a new pair wireless earphones, OnePlus Bullets wireless. The earphones feature magnetic control and support fast charge for quick top ups. Although the earphones aren’t truly wireless like the Apple Airpods, they do come with a longer lasting battery.

The earphones come with 9.2mm drivers, enclosed in an energy tube, which is said to absorb interfering sounds, and make the sound travel in one direction. It has magnets in the shells, which controls every action on the device. The earphones will pause playing songs when they are magnetically attached with one another, resumes when separated. Calls can be answered in a similar manner by separating them. It also powers on and off using the magnetic control.

As the name explains, the Bullets Wireless connect to your smartphones via Bluetooth and has an effective range of 10 meters or 33 feet. It uses Bluetooth 4.1 with aptX and supports HFP, A2DP, HSP, AVRCP profiles.

The earphones are both sweat and water resistant although the company doesn’t recommend its users to take it for swimming. The Bullets provide up to 10.5 hours of talktime, while the music playback is up to 8 hours. The earphones can be fast charged through any standard USB C cable, with up to 5 hours of listening time in just 10 mins.

Pricing and Availability of OnePlus Bullets Wireless

The OnePlus Bullets Wireless come with google assistant for voice controlled actions. The earphones are priced at INR 3999 in India while it costs GBP 69, EUR 69 and USD 69, in UK, Europe and USA, respectively. It will be available from starting from early June.

The Chinese smartphone maker had earlier made their Bullets wired earphones which was liked by the OnePlus fans for the sound quality they offered, despite the lower price tag.
