Zebronics Jive 2.0 wireless speakers launched at Rs. 4499

Zebronics has announced the launch of their new wireless bookshelf speaker, Jive 2.0. The speakers come with left and right wireless connection and have a built in battery for a wirefree usage.

The Jive 2.0 speaker can also be used individually instead of using both the speakers. The speakers can take input from two different sources in the individual mode. Users can switch between using either a single speaker or dual speakers by pressing the play button for 2 seconds, when connected

The 4 inch drivers on each speaker have a 5 Watt output RMS each, giving a total output RMS of 10 watts, which is said to provide super bass, as the company claims. The speakers have a frequency response range of 100 Hz – 20 kHz.

The Jive 2.0 comes with volume control buttons and a play button on the back. The speaker has a matte finish. For connectivity, the speakers use Bluetooth 2.1 EDR with a maximum range of 10 meters. There’s also an aux input option for devices that lack bluetooth connectivity.

The speakers have a 2000 mAh battery each that is said to last up to a maximum playback time of 8 hrs, as claimed by the company. The charging time is around 4-5 hours. The speakers weigh 880gms each.

Speaking on the launch Pradeep Doshi, Director – Zebronics India says,

“We’ve reached a milestone in the wireless market with our latest 2.0 wireless speaker ‘Jive’ which also has the ability to transform itself into 2 individual portable speakers, flawlessly blending the form and functionality into an ergonomic design which can be convenient too.”
