iBall CompBook Merit G9 laptop launched with 11.6-inch screen for Rs. 13999

iBall has launched a new laptop in its CompBook series, Merit G9, today. It features an Intel dual core processor and 11.6 inch screen.

The iBall CompBook Merit G9 has a 11.6 inch multi-touch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1366×768 pixels. Powering the laptop is a dual-core processor from the blue team, Intel Celeron N3350 processor to be specific. It has a boost clock up to 2.4 GHz.

The Merit G9 from iBall has 2 GB DDR3 RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 128 GB using microSD card slot. The laptop also features an additional HDD/SSD slot, for further expansion.

Since this is an entry level laptop, it doesn’t include a dedicated GPU and instead manages daily tasks using the Integrated Intel graphics. It has a Macbook Air-like design and comes with Windows 10 OS from Microsoft and has a VGA front-facing camera, to attend video calls.

For connectivity, the Merit G9 comes with Dual Band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, 1 X USB 2.0 ports, 1 x USB 3.0 port, 1 Mini HDMI 1.4a port and a 3.5 mm headphone and microphone combo jack. The laptop is powered by a 5000 mAh Li-Po battery and weighs around 1.1 Kg.

Pricing and Availability

The new iBall CompBook Merit G9 is available only in Cobalt Blue Color. It is priced at Rs. 13,999 and will be available across offline stores.
