OnePlus had earlier introduced two extended service plans last month, B2X Service and B2X protect which were for the OnePlus 2 alone in India. Now the company has released these extended service plans for the OnePlus X as well which are named as B2X On-Guard Plus and B2X On-Guard. These plans are for extended warranty which will be starting after the end of one year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase.
With OnePlus having 59 service centers across India these plans will be useful for customers form far of places. There are certain clauses for the Service plans to be applicable, where the B2X On-Guard for OnePlus X should be purchased within 10 days of purchase of the smartphone and register within 7 days to purchase the plan, after which you will not be able to purchase the plan.
For the B2X On-Guard Plus plan, it has to be purchased within 120 days of purchase of the OnePlus X and register at B2X within 10 days of purchase of plan. This seems quite strange as the one year warranty is already given by the manufacturer and to purchase it immediately after purchase makes no sense, there should not have been any time limit for it.

Both the plans are available on Amazon similar to the B2X plans for the OnePlus 2. The B2X On-Guard plan for the OnePlus X is available for Rs. 999 and the B2X On-Guard Plan for OnePlus X is available for Rs. 699 on Amazon. TheB2X On-Guard plan comes with Free pick up and drop service unlike the plans for OnePlus 2 which came with Rs. 50 delivery charges.
