WhatsApp chat backup from Google Drive

Backup all your WhatsApp chats on Google Drive

WahtsApp has been the number one messaging platform and with some improvements like these the messaging platform has been the choice of almost a billion WhatsApp users around the world. WhatsApp has from today introduced a new feature for Android users, WhatsApp will automatically back up and upload your chat history to Google Drive.

WhatsApp had a backup feature locally (on your smartphone or tablet) but there was no option to store or upload chat history to cloud, this was particularly useless, in case you lost your phone or accidently factory reset your device without backing up your data all the chat history will be gone. There were certain alternatives to backup data to Google Drive by using FolderSync which was not so easy for all customers to use.
