Garmin Vivomove is an Analog watch with Activity Tracking Features

Garmin has launched their latest activity tracker, but this time, it isn’t anything like a standard tracker would look like, but it looks like a perfect analog watch. The first look at the Garmin Vivomore gives us an impression of the Withings Activite watches, but then, the Vivomove is different with features and price.

Though the Garmin Vivomove looks completely like an analog watch, it has all the activity tracking features including step monitor, distance, calories burnt, sleep monitor, and it also has a reminder that lets you know if you have been inactive for quite a while. The watch has a water protection rating of 5ATM.

One of the best features of the Vivomove is its battery life, which is promised to be about 1 year. Though the watch comes with the two bars that show the progress of steps and inactivity on the timepiece itself, the watch can still be connected to the Garmin Connect Mobile app to sync the data and plan the activity. A simple push of the crown on the watch lets the watch connect automatically to the watch, and connectivity is very easy. The black bar shows the step progress while the red one shows you the time you were inactive for.

Once you set a goal for step count on the app, it syncs that with the watch and then the progress bar shows you the progress based on that goal. There are variants based on the strap and frame, and they are Sport (with Black and White options) at $149.99, Classic Black or Rose gold variants having a leather band at $199.99, and Premium stainless steel or gold-tone steel with leather band for $299.99.
