ASUS has launched their latest VivoBook laptop, the ASUS VivoBook 15 X510, in India. The laptop comes equipped with Intel’s Optane memory for faster loading times.

The ASUS VivoBook 15 X510 features a 15.6-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. The screen has thin 7.8 mm side bezels, which results in an 80% screen-to-body ratio. The display has a 178° wide-viewing angle. The laptop comes with an 8th Gen Intel 8250U CPU, while a dedicated NVIDIA’s MX130 2GB GDDR5 handles graphics. There’s 4 GB of RAM, expandable up to 16 GB and 1 TB of HDD storage, also the laptop comes with 16 GB of Intel Optane memory for faster boot up times and faster application loading times.
For connectivity, the VivoBook X510 comes with a USB Type-C 3.0 port, a full-size USB 3.0 port, 2 USB 2.0 ports, an HDMI port, a fingerprint reader, an SD card reader, and a headphone jack. The wireless connectivity options include integrated 802.11ac (2×2) as well as Bluetooth 4.2. There’s also a fingerprint reader.
The VivoBook 15 X510 has a 42Wh battery which is said to last up to 8 hours. The laptop has 2W stereo speakers with a microphone which use ASUS’s SonicMaster Technology. The laptop weighs only 1. kgs and is 19.4 mm thick.
