LeEco to open 555 service centers in India

LeEco recently entered India with the launch of two of their smartphones, the Le 1s and Le Max. The company has also rebranded itself changing their name, earlier called as LeTV along with a  change in the logo as well. With aggressive pricing of the Le 1s the company will be taking on a competitive segment in the market.

With the company’s commitment to deliver great devices along with good after sales  service, it is planning to open 555 service centers across 300 cities in India. Along with this LeEco is also planning to have a 24/7 toll-free helpline for any queries. The helpline will support 10 languages which include English, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Marathi.

What’s makes us believe that LeEco is serious about the after sales service is the warranty. In case the phone display is broken or the device stops working due to some reasons, a complete replacement of the device with a brand new device within the warranty period is promised. LeEco is also offering free pick-up and drop-off service for the LeMax smartphone.

Commenting on the announcement, Atul Jain, LeEco, India CEO, said, “At LeEco, it is our constant endeavour to provide our users with superior products and content integrated ecosystem which ensure that their user experience on all our devices is unified and exceptional. We are very excited about our launch in India and look forward to a long-term association with consumers in this market. We are confident to disrupt the market with our innovative products at sustainable prices,”

The two devices by LeEco come with more than decent specifications for the price range they are being offered in. The Le 1s sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display and is powered by a MediaTek’s Helio X10 processor. It features a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. The Le Max is more of a high-end device with a huge display sporting a 6.3-inch display with 2K resolution and sporting a metal body design with slim bezels. The device is powered by a Qualcomm 64-bit 2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 810 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM. It is available in 64GB and 128GB storage variants. There is no update about the time period in which all the service centers will be ready and functional.
