Chipolo Bluetooth Item finder to be launched in CES 2016

It is not uncommon to loose things when you are travelling or just not being able to find it in your own hotel room, this is also an everyday affair at home for many. If you are one of them then here is one exciting tech for you, a Bluetooth-connected item Finder called “Chipolo”. The coin-sized device comes in a variety of colors to choose from and is sleek at just 5mm in thickness.

The device can be easily tagged along with your keys, luggage or even placed in your wallet helping you in finding your wallet in all the luggage. The Chipolo device should be synced with the app which has to be downloaded on your smartphone or tablet running on Android, iOS and Windows. Multiple such Chipolo devices can be synced with your device and you can name each one separately to keep track of them individually.

You will be getting a 200 feet Bluetooth range to keep track of the items using the Chipolo app. The Chipolo device can also be used to find your smartphone which is a great feature, all you have to do is shake the Chipolo and your phone will ring even if it is in Silent mode. In case you are not able to find it, you can log into Chipolo website and see the last known location, make it ring or even send a message which appears on the lock screen for whoever finds it.

For all the selfie lovers, you Chipolo can be used as a Selfie remote. To take a selfie just open the app and shake your Chipolo and it captures your photo. To get an idea about Chipolo you can check it out at CES 2016 on January 4th 2016 in the South Pacific Ballroom in the Mandalay Bay North Convention Center. From January 6-9, 2016, Chipolo will be showcased at Tech East, LVCC, South Hall 3 – Booth 31947.
