Syenergy Environics Ltd., a radiation management company announced a retail tie-up with retail stores across India to sell Radiation Protection Chips, the company’s “Envirochip”. The Chips are used to protect or decrease the amount of Electromagnetic radiation (EMR) emitted by electronics like, Smartphones, Tablets, Computers, WiFi Routers and other gadgets.
Envirochip which is already available in almost all major e-commerce portals like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon etc and now the company plans to make the chips available in offline retail stores as well. The stores being included are 75 stores of Mahindra’s Baby Oye, 26 stores of The Mobile Store, 30 stores of Fortis Helathworld and 15 stores of Apollo Pharmacy in Delhi NCR. Along with these there are Distributors appointed whom Envirochip is now selling in more than 150 traditional stores in Delhi NCR as on date.
Envirochip works by changing the nature of radiation which brings down the harmful effect of Electromagnetic Radiation produced by electronic devices on human beings. The authenticity of the chip has been certified and clinically proven, by a study done on over 500 subjects at Max Healthcare and at a facility of a large French ITES company located in Delhi NCR. There were tests conducted by another reputed lab in Cambridge, U.K. to endure that the chip does not alter the signal strength and quality in any way. The Envirochip is also CE certified.
Commenting on the retail tie-ups, Mr. Pranav Poddar, Director, Syenergy Environics Ltd., said, “It is not possible for us to stop or limit the usage of technology as we all have got so used to the various devices we use in our day to day lives. But the harm from these devices may not be seen or felt by every individual. To protect oneself from the harmful Electromagnetic Radiations emitted by various personal electronic devices like Mobile Phones, Computers, Tablets and Wi-Fi Routers, we have introduced “Envirochip”, which is an easy stick on chip and can be fixed on any device to protect us from these radiations. To make these chips available to the maximum number of people, we have tied up with various retail stores, which will enable us to have a pan-India reach.”
Syenergy Environics will be expanding the coverage with all its existing modern retail partners along with tie up with various other large modern retail players. It will be available in more than 1000 other stores across all major metropolitan cities and some Tier II cities of India by March 2016.
There are four types of Envirochip available in the market by Syenergy for each type of device. For Mobile Phone it is priced by Rs. 500, Envirochip for Laptop is priced at Rs. 1,100, Envirochip for Tablet PC is priced at Rs. 700, Envirochip for Wi-Fi Router is priced at Rs. 700.
