HTC launches Desire 828 in India with 5.5 inch display and OIS for Rs. 19990

HTC had announced the HTC Desire 828 Dual SIM for India last month and the company has officially announced the availability and pricing of the device in India. DEsire 828 Dual SIM is the first smartphone in the Desire series to sport Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS).

The HTC Desire 828 Dual SIM sports a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS dispaly with resolution of 1080×1920 pixels. The device is powered by a 1.5 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek 6753T 64-bit processor with Mali-T760 GPU. It is coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage space expandable up to 2TB using microSD card. It runs on Andorid 5.1 Lollipop with HTC sense UI over it.

The HTC desire 828 Dual SIM comes with 13MP rear camera with LED flash and Optical Image Stabilisation along with BSI sensor and 1080p video recording option. It has the trademark HTC ultrapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, 26.8mm lens and capable of recording 1080p videos. HTC has given BoomSound, Dual frontal stereo speakers with built-in amplifiers, Dolby Audio on the Audio front.

It comes with connectivity features like 4G LTE Cat.4 / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n (2.4 & 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS. The device is powered by a 2800mAh battery. The HTC Desire 828 Dual SIM is avialable in Dark Gray and Pearl White colours and will be available from 12 pm onwards on December 14th exclusively on Flipkart and is priced at Rs. 19,990.
