Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus India Launch date set for March 15th

Lenovo has announced the launch date for their latest smartphone, the Vibe K5 Plus which was announced at MWC 2016 in Barcelona alongside the Vibe K5. The Vibe K5 Plus sports a 5-inch Full HD IPS display having a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the younger sibling of the device which was launched alongside also comes with similar size display but has only HD resolution.

The Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus is powered by an Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor with Adreno 405 GPU. It comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage space expandable up to 32GB using microSD card.

The device comes with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front facing camera. It is powered by Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. The device comes with connectivity features like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS. It is powered by a 2750mAh battery which is the same used in Vibe K5 as well. The device comes with Dolby Audio for enhanced listening experience. The invites have been sent out and one reads Reserved in typical Lenovo style and the other one shows The guaranteed #KnockOut.

The Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus is available in Silver, Champagne, Gold and Graphite Gray colors and is priced at $149 which is approximately Rs. 10,200 the exact price will be known at the launch event. The Vibe K5 Plus will be available from March 2016, there is no update about why Lenovo is not launching the Vibe K5 in India.
