UMI Iron Pro launched with Hleio X10 SoC and Fingerprint sensor at $180

UMI the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has the history of launching smartphones with great specifications. The company keeping up withs earlier launched has launched the UMI Iron Pro which comes with some amazing specifications at an even more amazing price. It is a successor of the UMI Iron which was launched earlier this year, there are a lot of additions to the UMI Iron in this latest variant.

To get you started with the specifications the device comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD display having resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. The unique features of the UMI Iron Pro which are getting everyone excited are three security features which are integrated into the device – Voice Recognition, Fingerprint sensor and an IRIS Scanner. The device is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek Helio X10 octa-core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 64GB using microSD card.

The UMI Iron Pro comes with a 13MP rear camera with Sony IMX214 sensor having aperture f/2.0 along with LED flash and an 8MP front-facing camera and LED flash. It runs on android 5.1 Lollipop which can be flashed to other ROM’s using UMI Rootjoy application. Similar to the Coolpad Note 3 the device comes with a Fingerprint sensor which is capable of scanning anywhere through 360-degree angle.

The UMI Iron Pro comes with a 3,300 mAh battery which gives 10-12 days of standby time. It comes with Type-C USB for improved data transfer speeds and this is the cheapest smartphone to sport one. It has a Skyline Notification which is a LED Notification at the bottom of the device. the connectivity features are 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/A-GPS, and MicroUSB 2.0.

For all the specifications which are being provided the device is priced at $180 which is unbelievable even after providing Flagship like specifications, which is capable of competing with any Flagship in the market.
