Vivo India is all set to launch its next flagship, the Vivo V7+, with the launch event scheduled for September 7th. The tagline in the invite says “Get ready to capture Clear Shot, Clear Moment“, which indicates that there is some focus on the camera, which could be for the rear camera. On the other side, the picture also has an indication for a bezel-less design.
The Vivo V5 Plus was known for the selfie camera experience and the invite mentions about the betterment of that with the “redefine selfie experience” note.
The other thing to notice about the device is that the large display on the front covers it so much that there is too less space in the bottom to house the fingerprint sensor and that is when we might see the under-display fingerprint scanning solution that was introduced by the company recently and this could be the first smartphone ever to have that and Vivo will beat Apple in this regard, if only it happens on the V7+.
While there will be advancements to the cameras and display, there is something expected on the power offered in terms of the battery life. We will get to know more details at the launch event.
