Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 spotted with dual-rear camera setup

It appears to the time when all companies are looking at dual camera set up which was started with the Huawei P9 sporting dual-lens camera set up, and the latest leak of the bigger iPhone 7 Plus also reveals a dual lens camera setup. To follow the trend is Xiaomi with its Redmi Note 4 supposedly sporting a Dual-lens camera set up. This has been spotted in a leaked teaser image where two rear cameras can be seen. This makes us wonder, where did the Fingerprint sensor go? mostly shifted to the front in a Home button?.

It appears to be trustworthy as the leaked teaser image features Liu Haoran who is the celebrity face of the company holding what is expected to be the Redmi Note 4 with the Mi branding on the back along with the obvious Dual Camera Lens set up. We can also make out the antenna bands on the top and bottom of the device with a metal unibody.

There is another image showing the back of the device up close revealing the Power and Volume Rockers on the right of the device with rounded borders and the LED flash is present in between the two cameras. Both these leaked images were uploaded to Chinese social media site Weibo. There are not many confirmed reports or leaks about the other specifications of the device.

According to initial rumors, it is expected to sport a 5.5-inch Display with Full HD resolution and powered by a Snapdragon 652 SoC coupled with 3GB or 4GB of RAM, the details about the camera set up are yet to be leaked. The Fingerprint sensor which was on the back of the device in the Redmi Note 3 might be shifted to the front of the device.
