Xolo Black 1X launched with 3GB RAM for Rs. 9999

Xolo has uncovered its new smartphone named Black 1X and has been priced at Rs. 9999. Xolo is known for making sleek devices with an elegant look under its ‘Black’ series, the case is somewhat similar with Black 1X as the device comes with a glass back, metallic frame, chiseled bezels and leather accents on the top as well as the bottom of the device. All of these different elements in the design make the device stand out of the crowd.

The device comes with a 5-inch FHD display and a Dragon Trail glass protection on the top. Xolo Black 1X is powered by a MediaTek Octa-Core processor having 64-bit architecture along with 3GB of RAM. There is a 13MP camera on the back which uses Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF) and allows the device to focus on the subject in fraction of seconds. The front optics include a 5MP camera along with LED Flash.

The device provides 32-gigs of internal storage which can be further expanded with a MicroSD card using the Hybrid Dual SIM slot. The device runs on Android Lollipop 5.1 out of the box with Xolo’s custom skin named Hive Atlas on top of it.

The device is priced at Rs. 9999 and will go on sale at Snapdeal. The price segment under the Rs. 10,000 mark is pretty populated and we already have some competitors like the Lenovo K3 Note, Asus Zenfone 2 Laser and the recent addition CoolPad Note 3. The specifications are somewhat similar to that of CoolPad Note 3 but will this device stand out? there are not many devices which are design-centric in this price segment and a lot of people are curious to know how this device will perform in the market with its design one of the stand out feature along with the decent specifications.
