Acer reveals Aspire V Nitro Black Edition a high-powered Windows 10 Laptop at CES 2016

Acer has revealed a revamped version of the Acer V 17 Nitro from last year called the Aspire V Nitro Black Edition which comes with an Intel RealSense 3D camera. The Laptop will be available in 15-inch and 17-inch notebooks variants. It runs on Windows 10 OS and will be to help users sign in and authenticate users more securely with Windows Hellow built into the OS.

With the inclusion of the Intel RealSense 3D camera users can scan 3D objects to print in 3D later. It also lets gamers to scan their face in 3D and apply it to in-game characters along with scanning of objects to use as in-game modifications.

The Acer Aspire V Nitro Black Edition is powered by Intel’s sixth-generation ‘Skylace’ processors paired with NVIDIA GTX960M graphics and NVMe PCIe SSD Storage. The camera is capable of recording at HD resolution and 60 frames per second when used as a 2D camera. According to Acer the premium Gaming laptop, the Aspire V Nitro Black Edition will be available for sale in February with a price tag starting from $1,099 for U.S customers and for Europe it is priced at €1,299 and will be avialable in Middle East and Asia.

Along with the Aspire V Nitro Black Edition Acer has also released Aspire Switch 12S which is a 2-in-1 convertible laptop running on Windows 10 along with a commercial notebook for business travelers called TravelMate P648. There was also an all-in-one desktop revealed called the Chromebase 2 running on Chrome OS. The other gadget revealed by Acer is is the H7 series monitor in U.S which will be the first monitor to be sporting a USB-C port connection.
