Asus has introduced the Zenfone Selfie 3GB RAM variant in India at a price of Rs. 17,999. Earlier the 2GB RAM variant was launched last month priced at Rs. 15,999 in India and is available through pre-orders on Flipkart. The Asus Zenfone Selfie 3GB RAM variant comes with a 5.5-inch fullHD display having a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution with 72% screen to body ratio, it is protected by Corning Gorilla glass 4.
The Zenfone Selfie is powered by an Octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor with Adreno 405 GPU, supported by 3GB RAM and internal memory of 32GB expandable up to 64GB with microSD card. The earlier variant is similar in all features except the RAM and internal storage which are 2GB and 16GB respectively. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with Zen UI 2.0. The Zenfone Selfie sports a 13MP rear camera with Real Tone flash and Laser Auto Focus with an aperture of f/2.0. It also comes with a 13MP front-facing camera with 88-degree wide-angle lens and f/2.2 aperture along with Real Tone flash.
The smartphone supports Dual SIM and other connectivity features like 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+ along with WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It is similar to Zenfone Selfie 2GB variant with dimensions of 156.5 x 77.2 x 10.8 and weighs 170 grams in weight. The device is powered by a 3000mAh battery.
