LG Nexus 5X Press Leak

LG Nexus 5X listed on Amazon India, specifications revealed

Google is supposedly going to launch two Nexus devices this year, and this is almost confirmed after leaked photos of box packaging and actual phones were seen. One of them is the LG Nexus 5X, which is the smaller variant, while the other one, Nexus 6P from Huawei will be the larger variant.

Days before the official unveiling, we are getting to learn the actual specs of the LG Nexus 5X, thanks to a listing made on Amazon India website. Not just the specs, but thanks to the leaks from Android Police, we now know what color options would be available.

Before talking of the specs, we warn you that you aren’t looking at a heavily loaded spec sheet. It is not something one would have expected from a new Nexus device, but it is what it is. A 5.2-inch Full HD display on the front, Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor under it along with 2GB of RAM.

The Android version is Android 6.0 Marshmallow as expected, and that is when the new Android version officially gets released – with a Nexus phone. On the back of the phone, there is a 12.3-megapixel camera, and on the front is a 5-megapixel selfie shooter. The device will come with USB Type-C connectivity.

For all other specs, check the LG Nexus 5X specifications.

As for the color options, the leaked picture suggests three color options – white, black and mint greenish blue (icy blue). Not much is known about the Huawei Nexus 6P for now, but we hope there is enough to learn before the actual event on September 29th, where not just these two phones, but also the new Chromecast dongle is expected to be revealed.
