ASUS ZenFone 3 Rumors say it will have Fingerprint sensor, new design

The ASUS ZenFone 2 isn’t yet official everywhere, but there are rumors already available for the next flagship, i.e. ZenFone 3 smartphone that is said to pack in something that any other ASUS device didn’t have before this. While the ZenFone 2 is being sold already in China and is launching in India very time soon, we guess the ZenFone 3 will be launched officially by the end of this year. It will be no surprise as Asus has recently been very quick at product launches, and coming up with successor should take no long.

There is no doubt that ASUS will stick to the same Intel CPU as that has been doing very good to the current phones, and the ZenFone 2 is said to have the latest Intel CPU for mobiles, and thus, the next one might be even more advanced. According to the head from Asus, Jerry Shen, the ZenFone 3 will be coming in the second half of the year, and it will be a facelift of the 2nd gen ZenFone. There might be an inclusion of fingerprint scanner for the extra security.

To add to the fingerprint security, ASUS is said to be working on even the 4GB RAM that will be a part of the high-end model, just like the 4GB ZenFone 2. Although nothing is said about the update to the current design, which is not bad at all, we expect something because the facelift isn’t an easy word to take.

The fingerprint recognition sensor on the ZenFone 3 seem to be a great addition as some of the top end smartphones have been coming up with the same, namely Samsung Galaxy S5, S6, Note 4, Note Edge and S6 Edge, and the Apple iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. Let us see what Asus has in plans.
