Privacy of data in your smartphone and the content in the apps is important for most of us. How does the Guest Mode work in Redmi Note 3?

When the phone is running on Guest mode, the Messages, Notes, Photos, Settings, and the Incoming calls will be hidden.

At the same item, if you want Guest mode to not limit everything and let you choose to lock individual apps, you will need to have a Password to turn the guest mode off.

Remember that you need to have a password set up already. If not, do that and later, activate guest mode.

To set up individual apps to be locked, you’ll see the options just below the Guest mode toggle. Toggle the “Lock individual apps” option and go to the next option to choose which apps to lock.

The Guest mode is a bit different from both, Child mode and Lite Mode, because in Child mode you don’t even get to show the home screen but only have selected apps shown on a screen, and in the Lite Mode, there is no restriction but a very simpler interface where you don’t have to enter passwords or do something else.
