Motorola Moto G4 available now on Amazon India for Rs. 12499

Motorola’s Moto G4 smartphone is finally launched in India, after a few weeks of Moto G4 Plus being available (check Moto G4 Plus review) already for a higher price, starting at Rs. 13499. The launch of Moto G4 and the Moto G4 Plus had happened at the same time but the Moto G4 Plus seemed like a perfect upgrade from the Moto G3. Though, if someone still has a tight budget and wanted the next gen. device from Motorola, the Moto G4 is now available on Amazon India.

The Moto G4 comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor with Adreno 405 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The internal storage on the device is 16GB and a MicroSD card slot allows for storage expansion by a further 128GB.

The smartphone runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with Moto’s own apps added to the near-stock Android UI. The camera combination is not the same that you see on the Moto G4 Plus, as there is a 13-megapixel rear camera with Dual LED flash and 4x optical zoom and on the front is a 5-megapixel camera with wide-angle lens.

There is a 3000 mAh battery, which supports TurboPower technology using which one can get 6 hours of usage with just 15 minutes of charging. Unlike on the Moto G4 Plus, the phone does not have a fingerprint scanner. There is 4G LTE connectivity on offer alongside Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. It is a Dual SIM phone with 4G + 3G support.

The Moto G4 is priced at Rs. 12499 and it is available on Amazon India. Check out the Moto G4 vs. Moto G4 Plus comparison.
