iOS 10 Flashlight Intensity Control Center

We know that iOS 10 has a bunch of special features and many more features for the 3D touch supporting iPhone 6S or newer. So, here in iOS 10 with the support of 3D touch, it lets you change the intensity of the flashlight in your iPhone. So, the first thing to make sure is that your iPhone supports 3D touch. This won’t work if it doesn’t.

To set the intensity of the flashlight, first, swipe from the bottom edge of your screen to access the Control Center. Here, you will have up to four app buttons such as a flashlight, timer, calculator, and camera. Each of the apps that are listed here has a special function hidden. To access that, press and hold the icon with 3D touch and then there pops out three options for the flashlight. You can choose between Bright light, Medium light, and Low light.

Once you have set up with the intensity you want to, it remembers the next time you turn on the flashlight. You can always open it up the same and change the intensity whenever you want to.

The same goes with the other toggles as well. For the Timer, if you use the 3D touch, there pops out few options to set the timer for 1 hour, 20 min, 5 min, or 1 min. When for the camera, there pops out options for taking a photo, record Slo-mo, record a video and take a selfie.

The only other thing if included would be nice is, if the toggles options are more customizable such as letting ourselves set some exact duration for the timer. These are the new function and features of the iOS 10 with the 3D touch. And they’re not limited to these, there are a lot of other features as well on the iOS 10.
