LeEco has rolled out the latest OS update to their popular Le 1s smartphone as an OTA update. The OTA update is eUI 5.5.012S which comes with several changes and according to LeEco the changes are made after listening to the users (SuperFans as they like to call) complains and suggestions. The latest OS update comes with features like Auto-launch management which is targeted at unwanted apps from launching without your approval.
This Auto-launch management feature will give you control over which is running in the background helping in enhancing the performance as well as battery life. Another feature is the do not disturb setting which lets users add specific numbers and restrict SMS messages from these numbers.This feature also lets you ignore incoming calls.
Another interesting update is LeView which acts as a library for video content based on your viewing habits and provides videos related to news, sports, music, gaming, movies etc. To access LeView all you need to do is swipe the screen to the right from your home screen. to compliment LeView there is another app offering video-recommendations called Levidito help in choosing content based on your taste and your history.

Now you wont be embarrassed of forgetting your friends or family members birthdays as a new feature in the eUI 5.5 lets you automatically post your contacts birthdays to your calendar app. You can even send times SMS messages to your contacts on their birthdays which is even more useful. To connect to Wi-Fi tethering you can now just scan your friends unique QR code to connect in an instant. The eUI 5.5 also comes with its own Compass App.
There are many other improvements and features like the all new interface for the Music App, image integration in the notes app, “pin to top” feature for important SMS messages etc. The update surely brings a lot of updates to the user, do make sure to comment about the best feature which you found in the latest eUI 5.5 for Le 1s.
