The iPhone 6 has a bigger 4.7-inch Display compared to the 4-inch in the iPhone SE and 5S and this might make some people stay away from the iPhone SE.

In case, you do not want to use the tiny 4-inch device the iPhone 6 is a great alternative as well, but from all aspects, the iPhone 5S is outdated and not recommended out of the three.
